"Its worth staying here. Lovely reception staff. however, only half of the staff can understand and speak english and only half of them were smiling/welcoming which my partner was quite upset with. Please make sure you do you research of the locatiom, money convertion and know the scams when they are coming. My partner was said a pringles can is 950 egp!! When I went to check, I was told 300 🌚 Outsite the hotel, there is proper scamming going on, once they know you are not local. We only went for pyramids and stuff due to my craze about it. So didnt mind going there once in our life time. They have a revolvng restaurant too at the top!"

"The newly opened hotel was exceptionally clean and hygienic, and the location was really great. Although the room was a bit small, its cleanliness made for a very good experience. Later, after leaving the hotel, I forgot my things, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful, finding them for me and calling me repeatedly to come and get them."

"A good location in the city center, close to a museum, the metro, and the Gobus bus station. The staff was quite friendly, which is a rarity in Egypt. Breakfast was included, but the worst part was that the windows overlooked a courtyard where music and shouting continued until dawn. It was impossible to fall asleep until morning."

"For the price we paid for three rooms at over US$100 a night and considering it was a Hilton we were extremely disappointed in the rooms. The lobby looked promising, and the staff was very nice. However, the rooms looked borderline ******* and did not feel super clean. There were weird hallways and random rooms that we had to walk into before going into the hotel room itself well the staff was amazing. I cannot say that it is Hilton standard or quality and was extremely disappointed. Considering Hilton is a worldwide brand. "

"It was a very pleasant stay. It's very small place on forth floor for 200 years old building. Arhitecture is astonishing for those ones who appreciates old, high ceiling buildings. Breakfast was very tasty and stuff is highly pleasant, friendly and helpful. Place is very clean and tidy. However room was very small and bathroom was so tiny, plus weight person won't be able to use it. Overall great stay, great location and experience."

"It was so comfortable that I extended my stay another night (lol). The guy at the front desk didn't say much, but he said goodnight. I was happy. I really wanted to have the maid's breakfast. To be honest, the retro elevator was scary the first time I rode it. I didn't really know how to use it. It wouldn't move unless you touched the control panel with your security key chain. You can't enter the guest room floors without a security key, so I think it's safe for women too. The area around the hotel was lit up even at night, and there were lots of people there. I can confidently recommend this hotel! It was inconvenient that JCB cards couldn't be used in Egypt, but I was able to withdraw local currency from an ATM near this hotel. There are two ATMs lined up next to each other just past the Vodafone shop."

"This is a newly opened Hilton, and the interior decor is very new. Security is strict, and the service is warm and welcoming. The room is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with excellent facilities including a restaurant, gym, and swimming pool. My stay was fantastic! Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is on the 10th floor in the downtown area. It's a little hard to find, but it's convenient to go everywhere. The service is beyond expectations. The breakfast is great. There is a large terrace with a view of the old city of Cairo. The room is ok and the staff is very considerate."
